Companies come to us asking for a performance system. Very few of them are ready for one. The scores go wrong because the job was never written down, the reporting line is a rumour, and nobody agrees what good looks like in the role.

So we start underneath. Org chart, job profiles, competencies, policies. Once those hold, performance and pay finally have something to measure against, and the conversation stops being a contest of opinions.

We do not hand over a login and wish you luck. A consultant builds your foundation inside your own workspace, works through the first cycle beside your HR team, then transfers it. You end up owning the thing rather than renting it.

AI does the typing. It drafts a job profile, a policy, a competency set, and shows the evidence behind every line. A person with the right role reads it and publishes it. That split is built into the product; it is not a setting anyone can turn off.
