Grades from the job. Bands from the market.

Ojour will evaluate a position from its job profile and set its grade, place a market band against that grade by role and city, define the benefits each grade earns, and put one total-rewards view per person on the table before the next pay review.

  • Grades set by the work

A grade will come from a points-factor evaluation of the job profile, so two roles on the same grade were measured on the same factors.

  • A band you can point at

Market data by role, grade and city, with your own positions plotted against the range instead of against one average.

  • The whole package in one view

Base, allowances, benefits and variable in a single statement, so a pay conversation starts from what a person actually receives.

Salary survey

Market bands by role, grade and city.

The survey will cover Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, cut by role, by grade and by city — Cairo and Riyadh pay differently for the same role, and the band will say so. Each band carries P25, P50 and P75 rather than a single average, your own positions plot against it, and every band is dated because it refreshes on a published cadence. Survey data you already buy or collect can sit in the same view.

  • P25, P50 and P75 rather than one average
  • Refreshed on a cadence, so every band carries a date

Job evaluation & grading

A points-factor evaluation, run from the job profile.

The job profile already carries what a role asks for. Ojour will score it on know-how, problem solving and accountability, and the score sets the grade — not the title and not who the role reports to. Graded positions line up into a structure with a band per grade, and a family role goes through the same factors as any other, so the answer can be shown rather than argued.

  • Know-how, problem solving and accountability scored from the job profile
  • The score sets the grade, the grades make the structure
  • Family and non-family roles compared the same way

Benefits basket

Benefits defined per grade, with the cost attached.

Allowances, medical cover, leave, education support and transport will be defined once per grade instead of negotiated per person. Eligibility follows the grade, so a promotion moves the basket with it and nobody keeps a benefit by memory. The cost of the basket is shown per grade and per person, which is what lets a benefit and a salary be weighed in the same conversation.

Total rewards

One statement per person, ready before the pay review.

Base, allowances, the value of the benefits and the variable part in one view per person, held against the band for their grade. It says where the person sits in the band and what the gap to the market is, and it is ready before the pay review rather than assembled after it. Exports as a PDF in Arabic and English.

How it works

Built with you, then handed over.

A consultant sets it up and runs the first cycle beside your HR team. After that they own it.

  1. 01Set up once

    Grade

Positions will be evaluated from their job profiles, and the scores become a grade structure with a band for each grade.

  2. 02Each survey

    Benchmark

Bands are placed from the survey for your markets and cities, and you see which roles sit below the range and which sit above it.

  3. 03Each pay review

    Review

The review runs with the total-rewards view open per person, so every decision is made against the band and the whole package.
